Early Origins
Absent a subclade test and/or upgrading to 67 markers I obtained these interpretations from some I haplogroup experts:
1) This participant in I1 is most likely L22- and probably has Anglo-Saxon origins.
2) Haplogroup I-M253 =>98% Haplo I subclade I-M253-ASgen =>14% I-M253-AS1 =>14% I-M253-AS8 =>14% I-M253-AS2 =>14% I-M253-AS3 =>14% I-M253-AS10 =>5% I-M253-AS4 =>4% I-M253-AS9a =>4% I-M253-T2 =>4% I-M253-T13 =>4% I-M253-1313 =>3% I-M253-ML =>3% I-M253-EE =>1% I-L22-N =>1% I-M253-AS5 =>1%
Looking at these results from the Cullen predictor I would put him in I1* http://www.isogg.org/tree/ISOGG_HapgrpI.html as none of the other identifying SNP appear in the results, but I would be suggesting that an upgrade to 67 markers would be advisable (Minimum 37 markers).
